Before founding Attestry Verification, I spent years helping large organizations untangle complex systems. My career began in the UK government, where I learned how bureaucracy functions — and too often, how it fails to serve the people within it. I saw how good intentions could get lost in red tape, and how much difference clarity and communication could make when navigating official processes. 

When I moved to the United States, I experienced those same systems from the other side — as an immigrant, stepping through every layer of regulation from federal to local. From visas and green cards to driver’s licenses and business filings, I saw firsthand how overwhelming even simple tasks could become, especially when trying to verify with confidence the requirements as a loan signing agent or notary public. That experience strengthened my belief that bureaucracy doesn’t have to feel cold or confusing — it can be transparent, structured, and even reassuring when handled with care. 

I carried that philosophy into my career in healthcare, where I led programs and designed digital solutions for national health plans. My focus was always the same: to put people, not processes, at the forefront. I worked to humanize technology, build trust through communication, and ensure every initiative served real needs — not just compliance checkboxes.
